How long does egg rolls last in the fridge?

Egg rolls can be stored in the fridge after cooking for up to 3-4 days, although it is recommended to consume them within the first 1-2 days for optimal freshness and taste. It’s essential to store the egg rolls properly by placing them in an airtight container or wrapping them tightly in plastic wrap or aluminum foil. When reheating, it’s best to place them in the oven or toaster oven to help maintain their crispy texture, rather than using the microwave, which can result in a soggy texture.

Low calorie egg rolls substitutions

Firstly, the minced chicken can be swapped with leaner meats such as turkey or vegetarian meat alternatives. Egg rolls health benefits
